IAGES 2012, Conference Secretariat wishes You and Your family a very Happy & Prosperous New Year 2012!! Friends, IAGES 2012 is now only six weeks away and hence preparations for the event are in full swing. We would like to draw your kind attention on the following:

DELEGATE REGISTRATIONS :-

We are encouraged to have your enthusiastic response to this Congress happening first time in Ahmedabad. Many of you have already registered and those of you who are willing to get registered are requested to do it as soon as possible so that proper arrangements are made to make your trip memorable.

CONVOCATION :-

As mentioned in the Conference Brochure and Website, FIAGES Convocation will be held on 17th February 2012 evening. For all the FIAGES fellows who have completed their FIAGES course after IAGES 2010 i.e. February 2010, it is compulsory for them to attend the Conference & Convocation. As per the FIAGES record, more than 1200 fellows are supposed to attend the Convocation Ceremony. However, many of them have still not registered for the Conference & Convocation. This is a gentle reminder to all those fellows to please register for the same. This is a grand Convocation Ceremony and it will be difficult for the Organizing Committee to include any fellow for Convocation after 15th January 2012. You are all aware that our dynamic & enthusiastic President Dr Suresh Despande has made it very clear time and again that it is compulsory for all the FIAGES fellows to register for the Conference & Convocation.

BREAKFAST SESSIONS :-

Friends, we have organized 15 breakfast sessions, details of which are attached for your ready reference. Please register for the same as we have very limited seats available.

PHOTO ID :-

Organizing Committee has to take several permissions from local agencies to organize such a mega event. Please send your Photo Id along with your registration by email to us on iages2012amd@yahoo.in.

ABSTRACTS :-

Friends, in view to have the maximum participations in Scientific Program from all across the country, the Organizing Committee has extended the Abstract Submission date to 15th January 2012.
